Mr. Gagnon is a mining technician (College de la Région de L’Amiante, 1995) and geologist (Université du Québec à Chicoutimi, Bachelor’s of Geology, 1999). Mr. Gagnon is a member of l’Ordre des Géologues du Québec. He was the Vice-President of the Board of Quebec Mineral Exploration Assosication from 2013 to 2014 and Director from 2008 to 2012. From 2010 to 2013, Mr. Gagnon was the President of the Association des Prospecteurs du Nord du Québec. He is an independant director of Bonterra Resources (TSX-V, BTR) since 2012 and President and founder of ExploLab Inc. Mr. Gagnon is the President of Khalkos since 2013. Robert Gagnon is a Qualified Person pursuant to National Instrument 43-101.

Dominique Doucet has been active in the mineral exploration industry since the mid-seventies. He graduated from the École Polytechnique de Montréal as an Engineer in 1982. He is the founding President of Sirios since 1994. He was the co-founding Vice-President and Director of Dios Exploration Inc., from 2001 until March 2011. He is a Director of Ressources Appalaches Inc. since 2006. He was the founding President of William Resources Inc., from 1987 to 1994, and from 1994 to 1996, he was successively Vice-President, Secretary and Director of William. From 1982 to 1987, he worked as a professional in the mining exploration industry as a consulting engineer. Mr. Doucet is a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec, the Quebec Mining Exploration Association, the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada and the Society of Economic Geologists. Mr. Doucet and his team were granted the 2001 Prospector’s Award by the Quebec Prospectors Association.
Éliane Trembay Paradis

Éliane Tremblay Paradis holds a bachelor’s of Business Administration specializing in accounting, from the School of Management of l’Université du Québec à Montréal. She also has a graduate diploma in CGA in professional practice and acquired her title of CGA, CPA in 2016.
For more than three years, she acted as accountant for Khalkos (intern accountant before obtaining her title), managing all related to accounting, from invoice receipt to drafting of financial statements.
Mr. Christian Guilbaud has a bachelor’s degree in business and administration, and a diploma in Economics. He has over 20 years of experience in management of public finance including management of pooled mutual funds and financial service.
Mackenzie Watson has more than 50 years of expertise in the mining industry. Throughout his prolific career, Mr. Watson was involved in the discovery of numerous mineral deposits in Canada. His discoveries have helped shape the Canadian mining industry as we know it today. Mr. Watson was inducted into the Canadian Mining Hall of Fame on January 15th, 2015.
Roger Doucet graduated in geology in 1972. From 1989 to 2001, he acted as officer of numerous public and private exploration and drilling companies such as Inca Drilling S.A. Peru, Ancash Mining, Dynacor Mines Inc. and Morrison Minerals Ltd. He acted as exploration manager in Abitibi, Québec for Lac Minerals Ltd., from 1975 until 1988; during that period he discovered the Bousquet 1 gold mine and was greatly involved in the Doyon gold mine discovery. He was granted the Prospector of the Year Award in 1978 by the Québec Prospectors Association.
Mr. Lacasse, Doctor of Law and lawyer, is Professor emeritus at the Faculty of Law of the University of Ottawa. Author of many books and articles, he has also held different positions in sectors such as: government, business, mining exploration, university administration and Aboriginal communities. He has also sat on the board of directors of several mining exploration companies.
Nicolas Cantin is a business lawyer at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin LLP. His practice focuses on securities, merger and acquisitions, and mining law. He has worked on many complex transactions for both privately and publicly held companies, including the acquisition, sale and financing of various businesses in Canada and abroad. He holds a law degree from University of Sherbrooke, an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Economics from University of Montréal and a graduate degree in taxation from HEC Montréal.
